Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with changes in our products and services.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and inclusive work environment, and to the development of a culture that values diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, marketing) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
