Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with changes in our products and services.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and inclusive work environment, and to the development of a culture that values diversity and inclusion.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, marketing) is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
