As a Senior Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.
About the RoleOur team is committed to delivering a world-class customer experience, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join us. As a Senior Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and assisted
- Contributing to the branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Nurturing rich, long-standing relationships with our customers
- Being a technology expert and sharing your knowledge to help customers better manage their banking needs
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Uncover and solve customers' needs
- Explain complicated concepts simply
- Demonstrate success in a target-based performance environment
- Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and determination to succeed
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience with conducting simple sales and providing financial advice
- Strong technical skills, able to promote and demonstrate the use of digital/self-service banking options
