About the Role

Trek Bicycle Canada ULC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to customers
  • Assist customers in finding the right bike and accessories to meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic knowledge of cycling and bike products
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
