About the Role

Trek Bicycle Canada ULC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store
  • Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and making recommendations to meet their cycling needs
  • Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling products, and promoting Trek's brand and products
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
