Retail Sales Associate, Customer Experience Expert

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers to find the right products and services for them.
- Stay up-to-date on new technology and services, and be able to explain them to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our customers.
- Participate in sales targets and strive to meet or exceed them.
Requirements:
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
- Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality is an asset.
