About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at 14075161 Canada Inc. as an Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Procedure Oversight: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
  • Technology Proficiency: Utilize MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word to perform tasks and maintain office systems.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
