Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Triple Trans Mill Services Ltd. in an administrative support role.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Additionally, the Office Administrator will assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
They will also assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as perform data entry and training staff.
In this fast-paced environment, the Office Administrator will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week with benefits such as parking available.
Requirements- 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
$40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
