The Wealth Management Associate Program is a 5-month salaried program that focuses on building core credit underwriting and relationship management skills. As a Private Banking Associate, you will work with high-net worth clients to provide personalized and attentive service, helping them meet their financial goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Completed a undergraduate or master's degree by June 2025, or have work experience in building client relationships and providing financial advice.
  • Completed a course of study that will enable registration with the appropriate provincial securities commission to obtain a license to sell mutual funds.
  • Aspired to build a career as a personal Banker.
  • Been a curious, critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others.
  • Had a sales and relationship focused mindset.
  • Been able to demonstrate an ability to influence, persuade and build consensus as well as the ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.
  • Been flexible and thrived in fast-paced environments.
  • Had strong organization and time management skills and enjoyed working in both team and independent settings.
  • Valued feedback and actively sought out opportunities for self-development.
