Scotiabank is seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth Management Associate Program, a 5-month salaried program designed to develop sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are looking for a career in credit-focused banking.
Key Responsibilities:- Build core credit underwriting and relationship management skills
- Develop a thorough understanding of Scotiabank's Private Banking and Wealth Advisory businesses
- Gain practical experience working with a Private Banking team
- Prepare for a client-facing role in Private Banking
- Completing a undergraduate or master's degree by June 2025, or relevant work experience
- Ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus
