Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking to build a career in wealth management? Scotiabank is seeking talented individuals to join our Wealth Management Associate Program, a comprehensive training program designed to develop sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a wealth advisory role.

Program Overview

The Wealth Management Associate Program is a 5-month salaried program that focuses on building a foundation for success centered on developing core financial planning skills and complementary client discovery skills attained through the wealth planning process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales and relationship focused skills to build strong client relationships and provide financial advice.
  • Gain exposure to Scotiabank's Wealth Advisory businesses and Total Wealth Planning approach.
  • Work with wealth teams to gain relevant and practical experience, complementary training, and support to help prepare you to attain licensing requirements associated with transitioning into a Wealth Management Advisory role.
Requirements
  • Completing an undergrad or master's degree by June 2025, or an experienced worker with a passion for client relationships and financial advice.
  • A strong aspiration to build a career in a Wealth Advisory role.
  • A curious, competitive critical thinker who thrives in change and collaborating with others.
