Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking to build a career in wealth management? Scotiabank is seeking talented individuals to join our Wealth Management Associate Program, a comprehensive training program designed to develop sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a wealth advisory role.
Program OverviewThe Wealth Management Associate Program is a 5-month salaried program that focuses on building a foundation for success centered on developing core financial planning skills and complementary client discovery skills attained through the wealth planning process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop sales and relationship-focused skills to build strong client relationships and provide financial advice.
- Gain exposure to Scotiabank's Wealth Advisory businesses and Total Wealth Planning approach.
- Work with wealth teams to gain relevant and practical experience, complementary training, and support to help prepare you to attain licensing requirements associated with transitioning into a Wealth Management Advisory role.
- A comprehensive training program that will lead you to the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) Designation/Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF).
- Opportunities for annual performance incentives based on performance thresholds.
- A flexible benefits program and continuing education programs.
