About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Maze Food Corporation O/A Fresh Burrito. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Recruit and hire food service staff
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Manage inventory, sales, and wastage records
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
