About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Maze Food Corporation O/A Fresh Burrito. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen and food service helpers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Human Resources
    • Hire food service staff and ensure that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Stand for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
