  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards to exceed customer expectations.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates to manage restaurant operations effectively.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
    • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
