  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant operations, including budget and cost estimates.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
