Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shree Nilkanth Food Services Inc. O/A Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and implement procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week
