We are currently hiring a Business Development Specialist for our Quebec office.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving individual strategic sales, achieving profitable growth, and meeting monthly and annual targets. The ideal candidate will be based in Quebec and report directly to the North America Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a business plan to increase and maintain Roha's presence in assigned territories and accounts.
  • Continuously identify new prospects in the assigned territory and develop relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage operational issues with customer care representatives and coordinate with brokers/distributors as needed.
  • Maintain trade shows, presentations, and marketing events within the assigned territory.
  • Gather market intelligence and data on competition.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools is essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or sales).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
