Role Overview:
The Talent Solutions Consultant is a pivotal role within Certifind, acting as a strategic partner to our clients and a brand ambassador for our talent solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, their talent needs, and the ability to align those needs with Certifind's specialized solutions. The Talent Solutions Consultant is responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts, driving revenue growth for Certifind.(Cold calling)
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand clients' talent challenges, strategic goals, and organizational culture.
- Solution Matching: Align clients' needs with the most appropriate Certifind talent solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our portfolio.
- Proposal Development: Develop and present compelling proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of Certifind's solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to clients during the implementation of talent solutions, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor and manage client satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any concerns or issues.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform client strategies.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and delivery, to ensure seamless client service.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, business development, or a client-facing consulting role.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the talent acquisition landscape, including industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand clients' business challenges and translate them into talent solutions.
- Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients.
