We're looking for a Business Development Specialist who can help us expand our market share and customer base with innovative solutions and excellent service. As a Business Development Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, learn from industry experts, and earn uncapped commissions. This is a Hybrid position with two days per week in office located in Quebec City.

**What you'll do**:

- Use SalesForce software to track and report your prospecting activities daily
- Create and deliver persuasive proposals, analyses, comparisons, spreadsheets, and reports for existing and potential customers
- Identify and understand the needs of prospects and provide them with tailored solutions
- Stay updated on the latest products and services offered, including printing solutions and electronic document management solutions (EDM)
- Showcase the competitive advantages of the products and services offered

What we need:

- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development position
- Fluency in French
- Experience selling software, is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Office suite
- Motivation and goal orientation
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Perseverance and optimism
- Great sense of organization
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
