About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Quill Lake Pizza Incorporated. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Culinary Leadership

Lead and manage our culinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a positive and memorable dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, with a strong focus on menu planning, food safety, and customer service.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
