About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Quill Lake Pizza Incorporated. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Culinary Leadership

Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to order and that customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
