Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at HAND & STONE MISSISSAUGA DIXIE. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of spa professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff, including therapists, estheticians, and receptionists.
  • Ensure that all spa services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage spa inventory, including products and equipment, to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our spa services and increase customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that our spa services are aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, revenue, and employee productivity.
  • Make recommendations to management on how to improve spa operations, customer service, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a spa or wellness environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, employees, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of spa operations, including customer service, marketing, and inventory management.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to improve spa performance.
