Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Mississauga Dixie. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services, supervising a team of spa professionals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, including therapists, estheticians, and front desk personnel.
  • Service Quality: Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring that all spa services meet our company's standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Coordinate spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop spa staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a spa or related industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
