Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Mississauga Dixie. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services, supervising a team of spa therapists, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Spa Services: Oversee the daily operations of our spa services, including scheduling, client communication, and staff management.
  • Lead a Team of Spa Therapists: Supervise and train a team of spa therapists to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Client Focus: Ensure that every client receives a personalized and exceptional experience, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Quality and Productivity: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and productivity, ensuring that our spa services meet the highest standards.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, manage staff schedules, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and spa services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a spa or customer service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
