Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Hand & Stone Mississauga Dixie. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services, supervising staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Spa Services: Oversee the daily operations of our spa services, including scheduling, staff management, and customer service.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Supervise, train, and develop a team of spa professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor Quality and Production: Ensure that all spa services meet our high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Requisition and manage inventory and supplies to ensure that our spa services are well-stocked and running smoothly.
  • Communicate with Clients and Staff: Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with clients and staff, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a spa or related industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, including the ability to supervise and develop a team.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
