About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Life Licensed Advisor (LLQP) to join our team at Specialty Life Insurance. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the lives of Canadians while leveraging our streamlined approach to handle incoming consumer inquiries.

As a Life Licensed Advisor, you will take direct ownership of telephone performance and client satisfaction goals. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outbound call sales opportunities, connecting with new and current clients to onboard, ensure satisfaction, and build authentic, lasting relationships with SLi.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of individual life insurance sales, LLQP license with home provincial licensing in good-standing
  • Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
  • A passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of accountability and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements
  • Comfortable managing client escalations and able to problem-solve creatively
  • Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Office
