Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Life and Travel Insurance Sales Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen and a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance options. This role involves collaborating closely with Principal Brokers and managing the sales process from initial contact to final policy issuance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through various channels to assess their life and travel insurance requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
- Utilize advanced quoting tools to identify optimal coverage solutions and insurance carriers.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive quotes to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Review and finalize insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to keep clients informed throughout the application process.
- Offer continuous support to clients, addressing their evolving insurance needs throughout the duration of their policies.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Build and sustain professional relationships through networking and partnerships.
- Perform all duties with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales, with measurable success in achieving targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for fostering long-term client relationships.
- Commitment to professionalism and client advocacy.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Life and Travel insurance sales.
- LLQP (Life Licensing Qualification Program) certification is mandatory.
This role requires in-office attendance initially, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement following the training period.
