We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Full-Time Life Insurance Sales Consultant to join our expanding Canadian team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting individuals and families in making informed choices regarding their financial well-being. Utilizing our diverse product range, you will offer expert advice, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the representative of our organization, managing a significant volume of warm leads through both inbound and outbound communications efficiently.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of our life insurance offerings and their advantages, effectively conveying complex information to clients.
- Build and sustain robust client relationships through outstanding communication and comprehensive service.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to qualify and propose customized insurance solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.
- Maintain a results-oriented approach to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Adhere to compliance standards in collaboration with our Quality Assurance team for monitoring purposes.
- Ensure all transactions and documentation align with regulatory standards and company policies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must possess an active Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and be eligible to register in any Canadian jurisdiction.
- Must be legally permitted to work in Canada.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is essential.
- Proven success in sales, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
- High emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive discussions, such as end-of-life planning, while providing empathetic support.
- Detail-oriented, with strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner capable of memorizing scripts and adapting to challenges during calls, with a strong drive for success.
- Results-driven, committed to meeting sales targets, and thriving in a competitive sales atmosphere.
- Possesses a growth mindset, open to constructive feedback and able to adjust accordingly.
