We are seeking a Senior Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shop in Edmonton, AB, Canada. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in diesel engine maintenance and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety: Ensuring that health and safety is the top priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
  • Maintenance Operations: Overseeing preventative maintenance, conducting inspections, troubleshooting failures & deficiencies, and performing necessary corrections.
  • Record Keeping: Completing daily checklists, submitting paperwork for tracking PM schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Safety Inspections: Conducting annual vehicle inspections in accordance with provincial and federal laws.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of diesel engine experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic, repair, and maintenance of heavy-duty equipment
