About the Role

Scandinavian Building Services is a leading Canadian provider of retail and commercial cleaning services, with a strong commitment to excellence and a family-first culture. We are seeking a skilled Fleet and Driver Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Fleet and Driver Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Vehicle Onboarding: Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure seamless vehicle transitions, manage fleet inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Fleet Management: Monitor vehicle availability, ensure drivers receive necessary fleet and fuel cards, and manage monthly spend limits in collaboration with finance and procurement teams.
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Safety: Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and audits to ensure vehicles are safe and well-maintained. Develop and implement safety procedures and reports on incidents.
  • Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with fleet vendors, dealerships, and repair shops to negotiate preferred rates and optimize fleet operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Previous experience in fleet and operations support is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain a solution-focused mindset.
