Partner Experience Officer

At Community Trust Company, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our partners and brokers. As a Partner Experience Officer, you'll play a vital role in building meaningful relationships and providing timely support to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, focusing on the broker experience to build trust and rapport.
  • Communicate effectively with partners and brokers regarding residential mortgage accounts, ensuring timely resolution and effective management.
  • Collaborate with Residential Underwriting teams to ensure broker and partner requests are actioned as required.
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls, case management, and email management to support the Residential Underwriting teams.
  • Maintain knowledge of the financial services industry, competition, trends, and market conditions to provide informed support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with AML policies and procedures, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of client information.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial or call center environment.
  • University degree in business or a related field, preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a focus on diplomacy and conflict resolution.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability, with a strong analytical mindset.
