About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Experience Officer to join our team at Community Trust Company. As a Partner Experience Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our partner and broker relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive and attentive support to partner and broker relationships, ensuring timely turnaround and effective resolution management.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with partners and brokers regarding residential mortgage accounts, providing clear and concise information.
  • Collaborate with the Residential Underwriting teams to ensure broker and partner requests are actioned as required.
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls, case management, and email management to support the Residential Underwriting teams.
  • Fact-find effectively to establish the brokers' needs and future aspirations, identifying opportunities to cross-sell CTC and related products.
  • Maintain knowledge of the financial services industry, competition, trends, and market conditions, providing recommendations for process improvements to Managers as appropriate.
  • Comply with CTC's policies regarding the privacy of information and adhere to compliance and operational risk controls.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year in Customer Service, preferably in financial and/or call center environments.
  • University degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Solid analytical thinking, planning, prioritizing, and executing skills, with a well-defined sense of diplomacy.
  • Solid written and verbal business communication skills.
