We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers for office-related needs.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain office equipment in good working condition.
  • Ensure efficient operation of phone systems and other office equipment.
  • Manage and organize office files and documents.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in vendor management is advantageous.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under time-sensitive demands.
