Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BIG RIG PARTZ INC. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and distributing meeting minutes, agendas, and other documents as required.
  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines to improve efficiency.
  • Scheduling appointments and arranging travel itineraries.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to messages in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
