About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Excavation Labourer to join our team at A & A EXCAVATING LTD. as a Construction Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to excavation and construction, including mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Excavation and Construction: Perform excavation and construction tasks, including leveling earth to fine grade specifications, removing rubble and other debris, and mixing, pouring, and spreading materials.
  • Heavy Equipment Operation: Operate heavy equipment, such as excavators and bulldozers, to perform excavation and construction tasks.
  • Site Maintenance: Maintain the construction site, including cleaning up debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in excavation and construction, or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work, including working at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty environments.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
