About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Excavation Labourer to join our team at A & A EXCAVATING LTD. as a Construction Specialist. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure high-quality construction results.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accuracy and precision in every project.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Work Environment

As an Excavation Labourer, you will work outdoors in various locations, including urban areas and construction sites. You will be exposed to heights, confined spaces, and noisy environments. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in excavation or a related field.
