About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Excavation Labourer to join our team at A & A EXCAVATING LTD. as a Construction Specialist. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure high-quality construction results.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accuracy and precision in every project.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and noisy environments. You will be working on construction sites, which can be physically demanding and require long hours.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in excavation or a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work overtime as required.
