About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and profit, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and achieve retail store targets through effective sales and profit strategies
  • Deliver the finest level of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Ensure the store runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure the store is well merchandised and commercially correct
  • Assist the Store Manager in training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development
  • Participate in ear piercing training and assist with ear piercing services as required

About You

We are looking for an experienced retail manager with a strong track record of driving sales and profit, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve business objectives. You will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year's retail management experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also have basic computer skills, a sound understanding of mathematics, and strong reading comprehension skills.
