Shop Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Shop Administrator to join our team at Cliffs Towing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the efficient flow of parts inventory and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, verifying part numbers and specifications for accuracy.
- Assist in regular physical counts of inventory to verify accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Implement measures to prevent oversold or negative inventory quantities and collaborate with relevant teams to rectify discrepancies.
- Monitor and address quality issues with suppliers and ensure compliance.
- Generate reports as needed for management and auditing purposes.
- 2-4 years of previous experience in a shop environment.
- Knowledge of Mitchell, ProDemand, and Bolt-On Technologies.
- High School Graduate.
