Job Description

Max/Pro Tax Inc. is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and goals.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee the implementation of administrative procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and reliable with excellent time management skills.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
