Job Title: Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize workload and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including budgeting, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations.


Requirements:

  • Efficient interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Organized and reliable to maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 30-40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
