At Max/Pro Tax Inc., we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also determine and establish office procedures and routines, answer telephone and electronic enquiries, and compile data and statistics. Additionally, you will order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. If you have excellent communication skills and are a team player, we encourage you to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data and statistics
