About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Media Planning and Strategy to join our team at Other. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for leading our media planning efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of comprehensive media plans that meet client objectives and drive business results.
  • Manage a team of media planners and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of media plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our media planning processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning and strategy, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
