Job Details

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Media Strategy & Integration to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media Strategy Development
    • Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Media Planning and Optimization
    • Oversee the planning and optimization of media campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, TV, social, and programmatic.
    • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to inform media decisions and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and expertise.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and improve team performance.
  • Thought Leadership and Innovation
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging media technologies, integrating them into our approach to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
    • Contribute to new business development efforts, leading strategic planning and participating in pitch presentations.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in media strategy, with a proven track record of success in life sciences marketing or communications.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, including segmentation, targeting, and measurement.
  • Experience leading media pitch processes and developing compelling, data-driven narratives.
  • Expertise in cross-channel media planning, including digital, TV, social, and programmatic.
  • Familiarity with the latest digital media technologies and a passion for leveraging them to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
