About the Role:

Cossette Media is seeking a seasoned Digital Media Director to lead our Performance Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing world-class digital media strategies that drive measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain senior client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and touchpoint strategies
  • Design and implement high-performing digital media strategies across search and social platforms
  • Proactively exceed performance targets through effective activation strategies, annual roadmaps, testing, and measurement frameworks
  • Manage, train, and develop a team of high-performing individuals
  • Partner effectively with key partners, including Google, Bing, Amazon, Meta, and other industry leaders
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including planning, accounts, creative, and analytics

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience leading a team in a strategic and executional digital media environment, with a focus on paid search and social
  • Strong understanding of digital privacy landscape, solutions, and technology providers
  • Experience working on national, large-scale performance-driven clients in industries such as automotive, financial, retail, and telco
  • Proven advanced understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Experience working with audience data strategies and Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Strong understanding of project management platforms, such as Smartsheet and Asana
  • Strong understanding of digital media workflows and processes
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
