**About the Role**

Cossette Media is seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Director to join our Performance Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing world-class performance media strategies for top-tier clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement innovative performance media strategies across paid search, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Collaborate closely with our Media Planning, Analytics, and Insights teams to drive measurable results for our clients.
  • Manage and train a high-performing team of digital media professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, including AI tools and emerging platforms.

**Requirements**

  • 6+ years of experience in a digital media environment, with a focus on paid search and social media.
  • Advanced understanding of AdWords, Bing, Meta, and other leading social platforms, including their APIs and scripting systems.
  • Experience working with audience data strategies and digital measurement and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Airtable, Smartsheets, Trello, and Asana.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
