**Role Overview**

Other is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Media Planning and Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our media planning team, you will be responsible for leading the development of media plans, forecasting results, and providing strategic guidance to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the media planning component of key client relationships and make proactive media recommendations to hit client KPIs.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients and ensure all deliverables are executed on-time and at a high level of quality.
  • Represent the media planning team on client-facing communications, including briefings, statuses, deliverables, and presentations.
  • Develop media plans with support from junior team members and forecast results from media plans.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution and ensure a high level of accuracy and rigor when working with partners.
  • Analyze performance and collaborate across departments to optimize plans and achieve client KPIs.
  • Generate and communicate key program insights and actions directly to clients.
  • Oversee day-to-day work, monitor team metrics, and identify areas for individual growth and development.
  • Provide guidance and prioritize day-to-day tasks for junior team members.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum + years of experience in media planning and buying.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Ability to interpret data and derive insights based on analysis.
  • Highly organized and able to bring a high level of passion and energy to internal and external dealings.
  • Ready to lay down roots at one organization and build their career as the company grows.
