Restaurant Operations Manager

A&R Investment Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and be able to implement operational procedures to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the highest quality and best value.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
