Restaurant Manager Job Description

Sushi J is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage restaurant budgets to optimize profits, including food, ingredients, and labor costs.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menu changes that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional dining experience, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implement operational procedures to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
