Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard, meeting our quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting and reporting, to ensure that we are operating within our financial targets.
- Training and Development: Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, standing for extended periods.
